Our aim is to prevent problems
through careful checks along the way.

Fabric inspection
Grey fabric is inspected before dyeing. Dyed fabric is checked for dyeing quality and matching trims.

In-house testing
Our laboratory checks colour fastness to washing, crocking and perspiration, along with shrinkage.

Garment production
Our stitching plant uses Juki lock stitch, overlock, flatlock, buttonhole and button stitch machines.
04
Finishing & care
Experienced people oversee production and finishing, with checks carried through the manufacturing process.
